Lippmann Roll Crushers are ideal for tertiary crushing and feature heavy duty rolls that are resistant to impact and abrasion.

Securely held by wedges and wedge bolts to assure uniform tension, shells may be replaced without removing bearings from the shaft.

Heavy duty compression springs cushion crushing shock and protect the crusher from tramp iron and oversize material. After passage, reset is automatic. An adjustment screw varies the spring tension to change the crusher opening.

A heavy flywheel evens out pulses and provides economical power consumption per ton of material crushed. Extra heavy rims are grooved for v-belts. Tapered roller bearings support large-diameter roll shafts of alloy steel, heat-treated, machined and ground to absorb heavy shock loads.

The quiet, rubber tire no-slip drive permits a wide range of crusher settings and assures smoother operation, less vibration, easy accessibility to the crusher, less weight and lower cost. A fabricated steel frame with wide flange beams provides maximum rigidity.

Hydraulic adjustment is standard. Carbon steel roll shells are available.
