 Lippmann Portable Roll Plants  In addition to Lippmann's two-stage jaw/impactor crushing plants, Lippmann offers a two unit combination jaw or cone and roll crushing system. The DUO-KING is a high capacity secondary and tertiary crushing and screening plant which incorporates a Lippmann Roll Crusher, where the unique flow of material allows for high production in a variety of applications. The DUO-KING offers a huge screening area with up to 350 sq. ft. Simplified design makes both crushers and screens readily accessible for servicing and/or adjustment. Screening medium is easily changed. The jaw crusher or cone crusher and roll crusher are powered by separate power units or electric motors. Power can be selected to match the individual crusher power requirements for optimum capacity and efficiency with diesel or electric drives. Twin, individually reversible reject conveyors allow the flexibility to reject fines to the rear of the plant, or blend them into the finished product. Truly portable, the two unit DUO-KING does not require disassembly to meet most weight and height restrictions. |
