CUDAHY, WI – The Lippmann Milwaukee 4248 Urban Crushing Plant is a self-contained portable impact crushing plant which is specifically designed to operate as a primary in concrete and asphalt recycling applications, or as a secondary plant in aggregate installations.

Operators can turn demolition waste into saleable concrete and asphalt products, reduce landfill requirements, or exploit smaller aggregate deposits and produce high quality cubical products. With a completely assembled travel height of 13’ 6”, the plant is easily transported from site to site, set up and ready to operate in less than an hour. The Lippmann Urban Crushing Plant is the complete, compact crushing and conveying system that offers the maximum portability and versatility customers need to handle a variety of crushing applications.

The unit features a rugged Lippmann 4248 Impact Crusher, a 48”x15’ vibrating grizzly feeder, a 53”x 53” under the crusher pan feeder, a 60”x 40-1/2’ rear discharge conveyor and an eight cubic yard feed hopper. Also included is a self-cleaning bi-directional magnet, hydraulic leveling jacks, complete electrical with pendant controls, with power delivered by a CAT 3406C diesel engine. Optional screen is available.
