LIPPMANN TO DISPLAY MASSIVE 5062 JAW AT MINEXPO
CUDAHY, WI – Lippmann–Milwaukee will be displaying its massive, new 5062 Jaw Crusher at Booth #10137, MINExpo, Las Vegas. The jaw crusher has been receiving considerable attention among leading producers in the mining industry, due in part to the fact that for the price of one gyratory installation, mineral and aggregate processing operations are successfully installing two high capacity Lippmann 5062 Jaws.
Until now, many thought that only a gyratory would hold up in the most demanding, abrasive, hard rock mining operations and aggregate quarries. But the Lippmann 5062 has been changing the minds of some of the industry’s foremost producers, where it has proven to exceed all expectations in place of a gyratory primary crushing station, the company states.
Other issues driving interest are current delays being encountered in taking delivery on a new gyratory, when the two massive, high capacity Lippmann 5062 jaws can be readily available, can drastically increase crushing efficiency, and can eliminate the extra coarse material hang-ups inherent in spider gyratory designs, company officials point out.
Lippmann states their 5062 Jaw offers tremendous savings in capital investment, ease of operation, maintenance and wear costs. A huge oversized heat-treated shaft, larger roller bearings, huge pitman, larger stroke with steeper nip angle, and a much heavier frame combine to offer a lifetime of strength and reliability. The hydraulic toggle cylinders save countless hours and can be adjusted under load.
Robert Turner, Lippmann’s president claims the new, robust jaw can offer operators 100% uptime with redundancy and ease of material handling like they have never experienced before. He welcomes visitors at MINExpo to stop by the Lippmann booth for more information and to view the machine first hand.
