LIPPMANN INVITES INDUSTRY TO VISIT
NEW EXHIBIT AT CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2008
CUDAHY, WI – Lippmann invites all aggregate processors and concrete and asphalt recyclers to visit their entirely new trade show exhibit in Las Vegas this year at booth #C-6335, CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2008.
Featured on display will be the rugged Lippmann 3650 Jaw Crusher. The 3650 is 88,000 lbs. of heavy-duty primary jaw, massively constructed and unmatched in reliability, high capacity and high productivity. See first hand why the Lippmann 3650 jaw is built to drastically lower material preparation costs. Compare the huge oversized heat-treated shaft forged of special alloy that handles overloads and hard material. Extra large, radial thrust, premium quality tapered roller bearings are employed to absorb and withstand extreme shock, radial thrust loads and offer substantially more bearing life than competitive models. The crusher’s larger stroke, deeper crushing motion, and steeper nip angle mean higher capacity and greater throughput. A one-piece cast pitman stands up to the most demanding crushing applications.
Lippmann large model jaws feature a much heavier, stronger one-piece frame, stress-relieved for optimum reliability. Optional hydraulics save operators countless hours and allow the setting to be adjusted on the fly.
Special attention has also been paid to wear and replacement part features, such as toggle bearing wedges designed for easy in, easy out bearing replacement, replaceable tow wear liners on the swing and stationary jaw, and hardened barrel wear liners to protect the pitman. Reversible jaw dies also assure maximum wear life.
The new Lippmann exhibit will incorporate four plasma screen TV monitors displaying convincing video footage of Lippmann Jaw Crushers in action at various leading rock crushing and recycling installations throughout the country. You’ll hear what customers have to say and witness the incredible power and throughput of these Lippmann Jaw Crushers first hand, as their large feed openings accept and devour huge aggregate fractions and massive slabs of concrete full or rebar. Also captured on video is the extensive line of Lippmann Primary and Secondary Impact Crushing Plants, featuring the new 6500LP Impact Crushing Plant. The 6500 plant introduces a unique, continuous product flow design. Lippmann has re-engineered the typical product flow of conventional impact crushing plants to allow rebar to bend and material to discharge smoothly with the rotation of the rotor for significantly greater, uninterrupted production.
Literature, copies of the DVD video presentation, and other premiums will be available at the booth, and Lippmann personnel will be on hand to answer any questions and address your specific needs.
