LIPPMANN’S 6500LP IMPACTOR PLANT INTRODUCES
REVOLUTIONARY FLOW DESIGN. DOUBLES PRODUCTION.
CUDAHY, WI – Lippmann’s new 6500LP Crushing Plant offers a revolutionary flow design and other features that can result in twice the production of competitive plants. A larger feeder, larger impact crusher and larger screen deck combine to make the 6500LP the highest producing plant for its size in recycle crushing, says the company. Lippmann has re-engineered the typical product flow of conventional impact crushing plants to give material processors a competitive edge. Other crushing plant designs require crushed product to turn and exit against the flow, often creating costly bottlenecks. Lippmann’s continuous flow design allows rebar to bend and material to discharge smoothly with the rotation of the rotor for uninterrupted production. A heavy-duty pan feeder under the crusher prevents conveyor belt damage. This logical flow design handles rebar as long as 10 ft. and delivers significantly greater productivity – consistently. On-board return conveyors mean that only two pieces of equipment, instead of four, need to be moved to the job site. Set-up and teardown are fast and easy so more time is spent crushing.
Lippmann’s larger 6500 Impactor Plant can deliver up to a 100% increase in production over 4800 range competitive impactor plants, (producers report 300-400 TPH consistently). Customers have also indicated up to a 30% reduction in operating costs.
Wear costs are reported to be less because they have experienced 30 to 50% more product per change out. The plant’s relatively small footprint offers flexibility to conform to site constraints.
