CUDAHY, WI – Lippmann’s 5165LS Portable Impact Crushing plant features a reliable, high performance Lippmann 5165 secondary impactor that is designed to handle both recycle or aggregate processing applications. Hammers have four crushing positions to maintain a more constant gradation and greater top size control.
The portable impactor plant is available with 76x20 double or triple deck screen, an abrasion-resistant hopper, a 48” discharge conveyor, a 60” under-screen conveyor, two 24”x10’ cross conveyors, and is powered by a 300HP electric motor. The ruggedly built chassis features 10’ wide quad-axle suspension, four hydraulic lift legs (front and back), and fold down extension legs.
Crusher maintenance is easily accomplished through inspection doors or by a hydraulically opened hood. An electric/hydraulic power unit comes standard. The crusher’s rotor features efficient vertical-lift hammer replacement, and the rotor and shaft are held with keyless locking assemblies. Lippmann stocks a full range of long life, special alloy wear parts to suit various applications.
The plant performs well with Lippmann’s 3062 Jaw Plant in a two-stage recycle crushing application processing concrete or asphalt. For quarry operations, the 5165LS teams well with a Lippmann 3048 Primary Jaw Plant in a two-stage rock processing application.
