LIPPMANN'S 5165LP PRIMARY PORTABLE
IMPACT CRUSHING PLANT OFFERS VALUE
CUDAHY, WI – The Lippmann 5165LP is a reliable, cost-effective portable impact crushing plant designed for primary recycling of concrete or asphalt. The 5165LP can also be used for primary crushing of medium aggregate and sand and gravel applications.
Lippmann’s 5165LP primary impactor has a 40” feed height and is available with hydraulic adjustment on the lower curtain. Built to handle the punishment of recycling construction and demolition debris, the unit’s large feed opening accepts massive slabs of material reducing feed time, achieving maximum capacity, and lowering wear costs by employing long life, advanced metallurgy wear parts, says the company.
In rock crushing applications, the 5165 produces a high ratio of reduction and delivers a quality cubical product with a high degree of product size control. Hammers have four crushing positions to maintain a more constant gradation.
Various lengths of Lippmann feeders are available for the plant, as well as a discharge pan feeder under the crusher. The self-contained unit comes standard configured with an extra heavy-duty 58”x20’ feeder with 4’ grizzly, abrasion-resistant hopper, grizzly chute, rock box and electric motor, all mounted on a heavy-duty chassis with 10’ wide quad-axle suspension. Lippmann says the 5165LP plant is designed to offer material producers maximum value and is engineered for high performance, ease of operation and versatility.
Maintenance is done through inspection doors or by a hydraulically opened hood. An electric/hydraulic power unit comes standard. Efficient, vertical lift hammer replacement minimizes loss of production time and labor. A choice of bolted or monoblock curtain liners is available.
Company officials claim the Lippmann 5165LP is the clear choice for a high quality primary impact crushing plant that offers more standard features and is available for less capital outlay than other competitive impact crushing plants on the market.
