4818 PRIME MOVER MULTI-PRODUCT
PORTABLE CRUSHING & SCREENING PLANT

CUDAHY, WI – Lippmann-Milwaukee, Inc. introduces the 4818 Prime Mover. An economical, high volume portable impact crushing and screening plant that offers recycle crushing and aggregate producers multi-product capabilities and precise material sizing in a self-contained, easily transportable unit designed for quick set-up. The Prime Mover features Lippmann’s reliable 4248 horizontal shaft impact crusher, a heavy-duty brute that devours concrete with rebar, asphalt, brick, block and other C&D debris in recycling operations to produce clean, saleable products.

The Lippmann impactor, with its heavy, high inertia 3-bar solid steel rotor, featuring a new superior locking device, offers high capacity and a high reduction ratio. A hydraulic hood provides easy access to long life, special alloy wear parts for quick, easy change outs. The 4818 Prime Mover is also the ideal plant for virgin aggregate processing applications.

The plant features a Lippmann 45”x18’ heavy-duty VGF with quick removal feed hopper module, a 48”x45’ plant conveyor that folds for easy transport, a 16’x6’ double-deck inclined vibrating screen with two 24” cross conveyors, a 48” under-screen fines conveyor and a 24” return conveyor, operators platform and electronic motor controls, all built on a heavy-duty chassis with hydraulic leveling legs and powered by a Cummins 460 hp diesel engine with 350 kw generator.
