CUDAHY, WI – Lippmann’s 4800CC Impact Crushing Plant is the ultimate, completely self-contained, closed circuit, easy to transport crushing plant that offers the features today’s contractors need, like a larger crusher feed opening that devours concrete full of rebar, ripped asphalt and other C&D debris.

For aggregate applications, the plant offers a greater reduction ratio and produces a variety of high quality, uniform cubical products including Superpave, while lowering cost per ton.

Maximum efficiency, performance, easy set-up and tear-down allows you to take the 4800CC from job to job to make you more profitable. It’s the ideal plant for small to medium size crushing projects.

The heart of the plant is Lippmann’s 4248LP Primary Impact Crusher with 34” feed height, a brute that features a heavy-duty rotor truly built to handle the daily punishment of recycled materials. Fed by a 4716 feeder with 4’ grizzly, the plant features a 48” rear discharge conveyor, 62”x10’ double deck screen with under screen hopper, 18” return conveyor, 18” cross conveyor, 48”x72” pan feeder under the impactor, diesel motor and generator, hydraulic legs, 8’6” wide tri-axle suspension,13’6” travel height, abrasion resistant hopper, and optional 36” permanent magnet.
