CUDAHY, WI – Engineered for demanding recycle crushing applications, the Lippmann 30x62 Recycle Jaw Plant features a heavy-duty ribbed frame constructed jaw crusher with a large 30”x62” feed opening that accepts massive slabs of reinforced concrete. Large radial thrust tapered roller bearings are lubricated by an automatic oil circulating system for extreme duty and low crusher maintenance. A heavy duty forged eccentric shaft provides a large eccentric throw, and reversible jaw dies offer extended wear life.

The plant offers easy portability with a completely assembled travel height of 13’6” on a chassis designed for easy set-up and tear down. It features a 62”x18’ vibrating grizzly feeder, Hardox 400 feed hopper, hydraulic leveling and transfer points with ample clearances to maximize throughput of rebar and uncrushables.

The manufacturer indicates the plant has been designed, with extensive customer input, for recycling operators looking to reduce material preparation costs by reducing feed time and achieving increased capacity.
