Engineering Services & System Design We work closely in cooperation with engineers from the largest producer companies to meet and exceed their expectations for performance and production, and we understand the critical importance of minimizing downtime in their operations. We offer an outstanding level of design capability and will customize a plant to fit all your specific requirements. Our staff of Lippmann engineers is standing by to provide fast efficient designs and layouts using state-of-the-art systems. Lippmann Application and Engineering departments continue to be a proactive design environment for customer-based engineered products. The engineering and design staff operates totally in-house under the guidance and direction of licensed professional engineers. Lippmann engineering is capable of design and analysis for our full line of aggregate machinery, portable and mobile plants, and machine structures. Calculations are performed using classical engineering mechanics and finite element analysis techniques. The latest software including AutoCAD, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and UGS NX Nastran finite element analysis software is utilized. Coupled with design, engineering services are available to address application work for new projects and re-design of existing projects, including flow diagrams and general arrangement drawings. In partnership with our engineering professionals, Lippmann Sales Application department can review and furnish material spread sheets and calculated product gradations utilizing AggFlow software. Current site analysis is available from Lippmann as part of our Value Added program. |
