4800 SERIES IMPACT CRUSHING PLANT

CUDAHY, WI – The Lippmann 4800 Series Impact Crushing Plant is a self-contained, easy to transport unit which features a 4248 LP Impactor with large 34”x48” feed opening that devours concrete full of rebar, ripped asphalt and C&D debris, a 47”x16’ grizzly feeder with 4’ grizzly bars and by-pass chute, a 48”x6' pan feeder under the impactor that allows rebar to pass easily without tearing belts, continuous same direction material flow, a 360 HP diesel engine with 75 kW generator set, and a 48”x42’ discharge conveyor. A 36” permanent magnet and 52”x8’ single deck inclined scalping screen are optional.

The Lippmann 4800 Series Impact Crushing Plant offers many features for thousands less, has a compact travel height of 13’6” and provides the flexibility to produce a variety of saleable products from recycled materials to highly cubical Superpave aggregates while lowering cost per ton.
