FOR CRUSHING APPLICATIONS
REQUIRING MAXIMUM CAPACITY,
LIPPMANN INTRODUCES THE NEW 3650 JAW

CUDAHY, WI – Lippmann-Milwaukee, Inc., the Wisconsin-based manufacturer of crushing machinery for the aggregate and recycling industries, has introduced a new model 3650 Jaw Crusher for aggregate processing applications requiring maximum capacity. The heavy duty, massive machine has been successfully operating in first-rate, underground mining applications, such as Conco Western’s North Aurora, Illinois operation. That mine produces over a million tons of limestone per year, and Lippmann’s 3650 Jaw Crusher has increased capacity 20 to 25%, as stated by Delmar Hansen, the mine’s general superintendent.

The Lippmann Jaw features a unique chamber design, a larger eccentric throw, and a toggle plate set at an optimum angle for maximum crushing action resulting in the highest possible crushing capacity, says Robert Turner, Lippmann’s president.

The Lippmann 3650 Jaw is constructed with a heavy-duty, oversized heat treated shaft forged of special alloy to handle overloads and hard material. Unusually large tapered roller bearings are used to absorb and withstand shock, radial and thrust loads. Flywheels are dynamically balanced to reduce vibration on either portable or stationary installations. This overhead eccentric jaw does not rely upon gravity alone to move material through the chamber, but instead, proper motion provides a force-feeding action, which results from the inward and downward eccentric movement of the swing jaw. The non-choking design uses longer jaw dies which help provide a greater ratio of reduction and more positive bite.

The crusher features a rugged frame with heavy-ribbed steel plate construction at stress points, stress-relieved by heat treating before machining. Lippmann protects the pitman’s hub with rock ribs that reduce wear from feeding oversized material. The crusher’s oil lubrication system pump pre-lubes the bearings prior to starting.
Oil is filtered as it is pumped through the system and a large tank provides a cooling and supply reservoir. Gauges confirm flow and temperature.

The Lippmann 3650 Primary Jaw Crusher is designed for superior reliability, maximum capacity, and to help aggregate producers drastically reduce material preparation costs.
